Do I need a building permit?+
As a rule, yes: a building, even wooden and even set on piers, falls under planning regulations. The steps depend on the municipality and the nature of the land. We tell you which documents to provide and can refer you to an architect.
What do I have to prepare on my land?+
Access for an articulated lorry, piers according to the plan we provide, and water, electricity and drainage connections.
Does the wood withstand the Moroccan climate?+
The chalets use class III treated timber, insulated panels and a structure guaranteed for fifteen years. Regular maintenance of the cladding is enough.
Can I customise the interior?+
Yes: finishes, furniture, deck and equipment options are chosen at the quote stage.
