Our method

Five stages, one contact

A chalet project runs without surprises when every stage is clear. Here is how we work, and what you need to prepare on your side.

  1. 1

You describe the project and the land. We check access, orientation, connections and the planning framework, then recommend one or more models.

    • ✓Initial discussion and site visit or plan-based study
    • ✓Check of lorry access and slope
    • ✓Review of permits
    • ✓Introduction to our architects
  2. 2

Within 48 hours you receive a price in dirhams, delivered and installed, with the chosen options and a schedule.

    • ✓All-inclusive price: transport, customs, installation, furniture
    • ✓Finish and equipment options
    • ✓Payment schedule
  3. 3

    Manufacturing

Your chalet is produced in the factory in France. Meanwhile, you prepare the land according to the plans we provide.

    • ✓Workshop manufacturing, quality control
    • ✓Pier and utility plans
    • ✓Shared production tracking
  4. 4

    Delivery and installation

The chalet arrives by articulated lorry. Our teams set it, assemble it, connect it and furnish it.

    • ✓Transport and customs clearance
    • ✓Installation in a few days
    • ✓Connections and commissioning
  5. 5

    Handover and follow-up

We hand over accommodation ready to live in or rent out, then provide after-sales service.

    • ✓Structural warranty and after-sales service

On your side

What you prepare

Accessible land

An articulated lorry and, depending on the model, a crane must be able to get close.

A base

Ground beams or piers: we provide the plan suited to the model.

Utilities

Water and electricity supply, drainage to the mains or to a standalone system.

Permits

Planning formalities depend on the municipality and the land: we tell you which documents are needed and can refer you to an architect.

FAQ

Lead times, permits, warranties

How long between order and handover?+

The lead time depends on the model, the production schedule and transport. We give you a firm calendar with the quote and keep you informed at every stage.

Is a building permit needed for a wooden chalet?+

As a rule, any building falls under planning regulations, including a chalet set on piers. Requirements vary by municipality and type of land. We review your situation during the study and tell you which steps to take.

Does the price really include customs and transport?+

Yes. Our “from” prices include the chalet, transport, customs duties, full installation, furniture and appliances. Land preparation and connections remain your responsibility, unless you entrust them to us.

Can a wooden chalet cope with the heat of Agadir or Marrakech?+

The chalets have insulated walls and roofs and are designed for all-season use. A covered deck, good orientation and reversible air conditioning ensure summer comfort.

What maintenance is needed?+

An annual check and maintenance of the cladding and deck every two to three years depending on exposure. We give you a maintenance guide at delivery.

What does the warranty cover?+

The structure is guaranteed for fifteen years by the manufacturer, appliances for two years. Detailed terms are set out in the quote.

Can a chalet be moved later?+

Yes. The models sit on piers or ground beams and can be dismantled and transported. That is an asset for resale or for leased land.
