Ecolodge Luxury Maroc SARL AU processes your personal data in compliance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected

• Through the contact form: name, phone, email, city, project description.
• Through WhatsApp: your number and the content of your messages.
• Through the site’s chat assistant: the content of your messages, sent to a language-model provider to generate the reply, and the contact details you choose to leave. Do not share sensitive information in the chat.
• Through browsing: anonymised audience measurement data, if you accept it.

Purposes

Answering your request, preparing a quote, providing sales and after-sales follow-up. Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It is only passed to strictly necessary providers (hosting, messaging, the manufacturer to fulfil an order).

Retention period

Three years after the last contact for prospects, ten years for contractual and accounting documents.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and object. To exercise it, write to contact@ecolodgeluxury.com or to the registered office address. You may refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
